On September 5, 2013 International Financial Exhibition was kicked off in the Beijing exhibition center. As the world's first supplier of TMR magnetic sensors for detecting magnetic properties on banknotes in financial anti-counterfeit appliances, including banknote validation, banknote counters and sorters, and magnetic card readers, MDT showed its products and solutions in this exhibition.

2013 International Financial Exhibition (Sep. 5 - 8) was kicked off in the Beijing exhibition center on Sep. 5.

The new MMGB01/MMGB06/MMGB18 TMR magnetic pattern recognition sensors are designed and manufactured with DT's unique TMR technology and intellectual property. They achieve high sensitivity and high signal-to-noise ratio for weak magnetic signal detection on banknotes by using customized TMR magnetic sensors and a bias magnet. The robust mechanical design realizes a miniaturized, durable and light-weight sensor module that is compatible with existing products on the market. The MMGB01 series includes a few products with single-channel detection capability; while MMGB06 and MGB18 are 6-channel and 18-channel sensors that can read multiple signals in parallel.

TMR Magnetic Sensors for Banknote Validation

MDT's TMR technology realizes the key benefits of existing magnetic sensor technologies including Hall Effect, Indium-Antimonide, AMR (Anisotropic Magnetoresistance) and GMR (Giant Magnetoresistance), while adding the high sensitivity, large signal output, and low power inherent in TMR technology.
